The Spring Hill Bears got back to business on the gridiron this week to officially begin fall football practice with their new coaching staff to prepare for the upcoming 2018 season. New head coach David Clark takes over to lead the charge of the Bears after spending the previous season as an assistant coach at Spring Hill.

The Spring Hill Bears got back to business on the gridiron this week to officially begin fall football practice with their new coaching staff to prepare for the upcoming 2018 season. New head coach David Clark takes over to lead the charge of the Bears after spending the previous season as an assistant coach at Spring Hill.

Coach Clark has a coaching background of veteran experience with success and aims toward to guiding the Bears through a tough journey in 2018.

Coach Clark welcomes two key coaches to join his staff of former standout Spring Hill Bear athlete Austin Kidd and Zack Taylor to the Bears football program. Coach Kidd is very enthused to finally be apart of the coaching atmosphere at Spring Hill and as a former football player alumni, he knows what it takes to display the true meaning to perform with Bear pride.

Coach Taylor brings Class 5A experience from Hot Springs to Spring Hill and work the defensive scheme for Class 2A football. Coach Clark feels both assistant coaches Kidd and Taylor will be productive assets to the Bears football program with coach Roy Whatley.
