The Spring Hill Lady Bears continued more softball competition on the diamond on Monday evening to prevail big against Trinity Christian Lady Warriors in a double-header in Texarkana.

The Lady Bears took care of business to post several key highlights in their victories to roll on a three-game winning streak.

This Thursday, the Lady Bears host Parkers Chapel Lady Trojans in home action for senior night in a big conference bout on the diamond for softball competition.

LADY BEARS 15, TRINITY CHRISTIAN 0

For a shut out victory in their first game of a double-header, the Lady Bears topped Trinity Christian 15-0 in three innings. The Lady Bears accounted five runs scored apiece in the first, second and third innings of play to hold the Lady Warriors scoreless for the entire game. 

Defensively, Cheyenne Bobo earned the win to pitched another no-hitter game from the pitcher's circle. Cheyenne Bobo pitched three innings, allowed no runs, hits, walked two batters and struck out five batters, throwing 27 strikes. 

Offensively, the Lady Bears tore up the bats with Maegan Ward, Cheyenne Bobo and Jessi Park all collecting three hits apiece. Rivera blasted a home run with two hits and Brooklyn Reed had two hits.

Whitnee Lee and Keylee Lewis each had a hit apiece for the Lady Bears accounting 15 hits on the day.

Rilee Hammonds, Reed and Ward each scored three runs apiece, Rivera and Lee each scored two runs apiece and Paige Runion and Park each scored a run. Park drove in four runs for four RBI's, Ward had three RBI's, Bobo had two RBI's, Rivera, Lee and Lewis each had one RBI apiece.

The Lady Bears collected nine stolen bases led by Hammonds with four, Ward had two, Lee, Lewis and Rivera each had a stolen base apiece.

LADY BEARS 16, TRINITY CHRISTIAN 1

In the second battle of their double-header, the Lady Bears rolled to an 16-1 victory over Trinity Christian in three innings. The Lady Bears posted four runs scored in the first inning, seven runs in the second and five runs in the third inning. Trinity Christian collected their lone run of the game in the first inning, but held scoreless in the second and third innings.

Spring Hill collected 11 hits on the day. Rivera, Ward and Lexi Chambless each had two hits apiece. Ward hammered another home run to add to her collection on the season. Runion, Reed, Hammonds, Mallory Hudkins and Lakin Bobo each had a hit apiece. Rivera, Runion each scored three runs apiece, Reed, Ward and Chambless each scored two runs apiece, Lewis, Jessie Vickers, Hammonds and Lakin Bobo each scored a run apiece. 

Runion led the base running with three stolen bases, Lakin Bobo, Chambless each had a stolen base and Rivera collected two bases stolen. 

In the pitcher's circle, Reed brought the heat to earn the win allowing no hits, one run, walked seven batters and struck out five batters and threw 29 strikes in three innings of work.
