Hope Bobcats and Ladycats tracksters continued meet competition last Thursday to compete at the 49th Annual Camden-Fairview Relays hosted at Camden-Fairview High School. HHS tracksters took action in running and field events during the meet.

Hope Bobcats and Ladycats tracksters continued meet competition last Thursday to compete at the 49th Annual Camden-Fairview Relays hosted at Camden-Fairview High School. HHS tracksters took action in running and field events during the meet. 

Magnolia placed first overall in the women's meet with 142 points and won the men's meet with 135.50 points. Schools competing were De Queen, Crossett, Ashdown, Parkers Chapel, Nashville, Bauxite, Junction City, Lafayette County and host team Camden-Fairview.

HHS track and field teams will get ready to represent at the district meet coming up as they've competed in meets held at Prescott and Nashville.

BOBCATS RESULTS: In the Long Jump - Timothy Rowe finished with a jump of 17-01.

In the 100 meter dash - Emmanuel Phillips finished with a time of 12.89, Timothy Rowe finished with a time of 13.05.

LADYCATS RESULTS: In the Long Jump - Miyaunna Purifoy finished with a jump of 14-05.50, Angeloise McGill finished with a jump of 13-11.50.

In the 100 meter dash - Miyaunna Purifoy finished with a time of 14.19, Angeloise McGill finished with a time of 15.43.

In the 200 meter dash - Miyaunna Purifoy finished with a time of 30.44, Jessica Norman finished with a time of 33.64.
