The Spring Hill Lady Bears got back to softball competition on the diamond for home play this past Tuesday evening to be victorious hosting Bearden 16-1 in four innings.

The Spring Hill Lady Bears got back to softball competition on the diamond for home play this past Tuesday evening to be victorious hosting Bearden 16-1 in four innings.

Spring Hill grabbed an early lead scoring on a walk by Brooklyn Reed and a groundout by Cheyenne Bobo in the first inning.

Lady Bears collected six runs in the second inning with Reed, Maegan Ward, Bobo, and Jessi Park each having RBI's to spark for the big inning.

Bobo led things off for Spring Hill in the pitcher's circle only allowing three hits and one run over four innings, striking out two batters and walking one and threw 28 strikes. 

Ward led Spring Hill offensively with two hits in three at bats. Katie Rivera collected a double and scored four runs with an RBI.

Reed had a triple with two RBI's and scored two runs, Cheyenne Bobo had a hit with two RBI's. Keylee Lewis scored two runs, Park scored a run, Lakin Bobo had a single and scored a run, Jada Quillin scored two runs with an RBI and Paige Runion scored two runs with an RBI.

The Lady Bears collected a total of nine stolen bases led by Keylee Lewis with four stolen bases. Whitnee Lee, Quillin, Reed, Rivera and Runion each had a base stolen apiece.
