Hope only hand an seven point deficit to end first quarter play to the Lady Rams 13-6. Lanay Wheaton had four points and Razayzia Miller scored a bucket to account for Hope's scoring in the first period.

In the second, the Ladycats posted nine points through the hoop, but the Lady Rams dropped 17 points to outscore Hope in the period.

Wheaton, Miller with Courtney Davis and Ke'Azha Roberts all contributed to scoring for the Ladycats in the second period. At halftime, the Ladycats trailed Lakeside 30-15.

In the second half, the Lady Rams kept their momentum rolling and never gave up their lead to take a commanding 50-27 advantage over Hope at the of three periods of action. In the fourth, the Ladycats sparked for a double-digit scoring period posting 11 points but the Lady Rams finished the battle accounting 13 points in the finale quarter for the win of their two game season league series meeting. Courtney Davis scored four points, Roberts, Miller and Genesis Muldrow all posted a bucket in fourth period play for Hope.

For the game, Ladycats' Wheaton led scoring with 15 points for lone player in double-figures. Miller followed with eight points, Davis had six points, Zahria Woods added three points, Roberts with a couple of baskets, Sarah Willis and Muldrow each had two points apiece.

 The Ladycats will finish this week's hoop contest on this Friday night on the road battling El Dorado apart of the blended 5A-6A Conference play following tonight's rival home match-up hosting Magnolia.
