Spring Hill Bears Dustin Beck was named Hempstead County Farm Bureau Players of the Week for his gridiron performance in last Friday night's season home opener to kickoff the 2017 football season.

Beck recorded eight solo tackles with six assist and one interception to lead the Bears defensive unit in Spring Hill's game against the Bismarck Lions at Bear Stadium.

Agency Manager Reed Camp seen presented Beck a Farm Bureau football for being chosen the top performer in their game on Sept.1. For the entire football season, a player from Spring Hill and Hope will be honored and named Hempstead County Farm Bureau's Player of the Week following each game for the 2017 Arkansas High School football season.

This Friday night for week two of gridiron season on Sept. 8, Spring Hill travels to Parkers Chapel for football action. Kickoff at 7 p.m.
