Amy Renae Smith, 23, of Prescott, died June 7, 2009, at her home in Prescott. She was born July 14, 1984, in Hope to Larry and Susan Baker Smith and was a dental assistant. She was a member of Park Baptist Church, a student at UACCH, and a 2003 graduate of Prescott High School.
Survivors include one son, Malachi Goshen, of Prescott; her parents, Larry and Susan Smith, of Prescott; one brother, Ben Smith, of Prescott; her grandmother, Freda Smith, of Heber Springs, and a special friend, Mona Harris.
Funeral service will be held Friday, June 12, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Park Baptist Church in Prescott. Burial will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 11, from 6-8 p.m. at Pharr Funeral Home in Prescott. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: The Courage House, P. O. Box 924, Arkadelphia, Ar., 71923. Services are under the direction of Pharr Funeral Home in Prescott.
