Charles Wayne Quillin, 71, of Saratoga, died Sunday, July 18, 2010, at Medical Park Hospital in Hope. He was born December 15, 1938, in Hope, to Ivan Leroy “Roy” and Virginia Faris Quillin.
He was a retired truck driver for Hope Concrete and a general carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Roy Glen Quillin. His survivors include one brother, Larry Quillin and Sue, of Columbus; two sisters, Jeannie Clem and Ernest, of Jasper, Ala., and Carol White and Kenneth, also of Jasper, Ala.; six neces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Graveside funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, at Providence Cemetery in Springhill, with Rev. Kenneth Bobo officiating. Burial is to follow.
