 Horst Hohnhorst, 63, of Rosston, died Monday, October 19, 2009, at his home.
He was born June 24, 1946, in Melchiorshausen, Germany, to the late Alfred Hohnhorst and Karoline Hohnhorst. He was a member of the German Army. He retired from Chrysler Corp., where he was a welder and millwright in Kenosha, Wis. He was a certified Journeyman, welder and blacksmith in Germany.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Tomlinson, of Rosston; a son, Ronnie Hohnhorst, of Wisconsin; a daughter, Karoline Filicetti, of Indiana; two stepsons, Jimmy Bailey, of Prescott, and Jesse Bailey, of Cabot; two stepdaughters, Jeannie (Dee) Henniger, of Rosston, and Joannie Hance, of Fayetteville; three brothers and a sister, all of Germany; six grandsons, and 10 granddaughters.
A memorial graveside service will be conducted Saturday, October 24, 2009, at 11 a.m. at Holly Springs Cemetery with Bro. Brewin Martin officiating. Burial will follow under direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., of Magnolia.
