Howard A. Olson, 65,of Hope, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2010, at Medical Park Hospital in Hope. He was born April 15, 1944, in Union County to Howard and Susan Josephine Gammel Olson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include two aunts, Jessie Miller, of Pineville, La., and Dorothy Amedee, of New Orleans, La., and a host of cousins, other family members and friends.
Family will receive friends at 10 a.m. until time of services Saturday, January 30, at Brazzel-Oakcrest The Funeral Home in Hope.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 30, in the Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Mark Fischer officiating. Burial will follow in South Fork Cemetery near Gurdon under direction of Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home in Hope.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 315 S. Main St., Hope, Ar., 71801.
