SPRINGHILL, La. –   Mrs. Joyce Crider Caudle, 82, died Wednesday, July 14, 2010, in Springhill, La., at her residence with family surrounding her.
She was born August 17, 1927, in Bodcaw,  to Bright David and Elizabeth McGough Crider.
She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church, co-owner/bookeeper of Polks Furniture in Springhill, La., and a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, A.L. Caudle, of Springhill, La.; a daughter, Cherry Bradley and husband, Mike, of Springhill, La; a son, Randy Caudle and wife, Susan, of Bossier City, La.; four grandchildren, Chad Bradley, Adam Bradley and wife, Lindsey, Jennifer Caudle, Sarah Caudle; great-grandchildren, Chezney and Weston; special friends, Christie and Jared Whitlock and son, Christian; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and three sisters.
Pallbearers will be Dwain O’Steen, C.E. “Butch” Aslin, David Clark, Wayne McMahen, Carroll Breaux, Joe Thompson, Brad Youngblood and Daniel Wood. 
Honorary pallbearers will be deacons of First Baptist Church and Randy’s Bible Study Group.
Family will receive friends beginning at 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, July 16.
Funeral services  will be held Saturday, July 17, at 2 p.m. in First Baptist Church, with Rev. Ronald Morgan and Chad Bradley officiating.  Interment will follow in Springhill Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Mortuary of Springhill, La.
