HOPE--David George Nelson, 38, of Hope, died Saturday, June 20, 2009, at a Texarkana hospital. He was born February 22, 1971, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Willis and Carol Randal Stricker Nelson. His parents preceded him in death.
Survivors include three brothers, Samuel Martin Nelson, and Robert J. Nelson, both of Hope, and Gean Nelson, of Calif.; two sisters, Tammy Dominguez, of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Georgia Woods, of Calif.; special friends, Cecil Thompson and Donna Stephens-Thompson, of Hope, and a host of other friends and family.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, June 23, at 10 a.m., at Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope.
