Rona Henderson, 31, of Dublin, died Tuesday, January 19, 2010, in California. She was born April 18, 1974, in Texarkana and attended the California School for the Deaf in Fremont. She worked at C.A.M.P. in Dublin, and was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel Faye Henderson and Evie Pearson, and one nephew, Xavier Hawkins.
Survivors include one sister, Natasha Hawkins, of San Leandro, Calif.; two brothers, Leonardo Henderson, of Oakland, Calif. and Frankco Henderson, of Texarkana; five aunts, Lesa Jones, Jerlee Pearson, Leslie Dixon, and Alice Paxton, all of Texarkana, and Thressa Rose, of Washington; one uncle, L. T. Pearson, of Texarkana, and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 30, at Hicks Memorial Chapel for funerals in Hope. Burial will be at Washington Cemetery in Washington with arrangements entrusted to Hicks Funeral Home, Inc., of Hope.
