The Nov. 15 edition of the Hot Springs Village Voice contained a page 1A story reporting on the HSV Property Owners’ Association common property and forest committee meeting.
During the meeting, a committee member’s statement regarding communications with a property owner contained incorrect information. The CPFC requested a clarification of the committee member’s account.
The sentence within the article read, “While at the site, committee members advised the homeowner, the lone avenue of appeal was a presentation to the POA board.”
All decisions rendered by the CPFC, especially denials, are final. Neither the Property Owners’ Association board nor the POA are valid avenues of appeal.
The CPFC regrets the misunderstanding and appreciates the support of HSV residents.
