The Blevins seventh and ninth grade junior high Lady Hornets pulled out hoop victories against Fouke at BHS Gymnasium.
In seventh grade girls play, the Lady Hornets defeated Fouke, 12-5.
In the game, Lady Hornets' Kaylee Kelton led scoring with six points, Kaillah Leeper had four points and Aspen Watts added two points.
In ninth grade girls play, the jr. Lady Hornets edged off the Fouke jr. Lady Panthers, 27-23.
In first half action, the jr. Lady Hornets took a 10-4 lead at halftime ove Fouke. In the second half, the jr. Lady Hornets scored 17 points as Fouke nailed 19 points, but Blevins would be victorious for a four point win.
In the game, jr. Lady Lady Hornets' Kaiyla Welch led scoring in double-figures with 16 points, Eboni Henagan scored five points and Shy Swift chipped in four points.
The jr. Lady Hornets with the jr. Hornets will get ready for district tournament action scheduled February 6-11.
