The 65th Southwest District Fair parade was the biggest ever, with over 100 entries this year. Parade winners were announced in three divisions. They include:
Queen Division
First Place: Clark County, Little Miss Lizzie Jester and Miss Sissi Jester.
Second Place: Saline County, Little Miss Caroline Trammel.
Third Place: Hempstead County, Little Miss Gracie Britton and Tiny Miss Southwest Arkansas, Gracie Britton.
Junior Division
First Place: Spring Hill Homecoming, Lauren Zimmerman, queen
Second Place: Spring Hill 5th and 6th Grade Football
Open Division
First Place: Melon Hatters, Red Hat Society Ladies
Second Place: Cub Scouts, Pack 5
Third Place: Loving Arms Learning Center
Eddie Brazzel and Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Homes sponsor the parade each year.
