The discovery of complete adult female skeletal remains buried in a sandbar in the Red River near Shreveport, La., and the earlier discovery of a human skull on a Red River sandbar near Fulton has confirmed for both Caddo Parish, La., and Hempstead County, Ark., law enforcement that they are working with two separate missing persons cases.
