Velda Jean Latcham - Obituary

Velda Jean White Latcham, 83, of Hope, died Thursday, January 24, 2013, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Latcham was born on June 29, 1929, in Ozark, to Cecil H. and Agnes Harris White. She was a Baptist, a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a daughter, Sheryl Latcham.

Survivors include her husband, of 62 years, E.C. Latham of Hope; her daughter, Pat Madlock and husband, Kenneth of Hope; four grandchildren Jeff and Kim Madlock of Hope, Jenifer and Andy Donaldson of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Amanda and Randy Baker of Arkadelphia and Michael and Rachel Pendergraft of Blevins; and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Christian Clinic of Hope in memory of Mrs. Latcham.
