Mae Ruth Brown, 89, of Fulton, died Sunday, December 23, 2012, in California.
Mrs. Brown was born November 23, 1923, to the late Silliman and Mary Eliza Hale in York, Ala. She was the youngest of 11 children. She was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church in McNab.
She is survived by her son, James (Denise) Roberts, of Texarkana; four granddaughters, Evyonne (Van) Neal, of Chicago, Ill., Arnita Brown, of Little Rock, Vickie (Vernon) Johnson and Regenia (Herbert) Bohannon, of Desoto, Texas; three grandsons, James (Shelia) Roberts, Jr., of Fairfield, Calif., Shon Roberts, of Fulton, and Trent Stuart, of Palmdale, Calif.; a special grandson, Stanley Brown, of Hawaii; one brother, Dave Hale, of York, Ala.; 20 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, January 6, at 1:30 p.m at Charity Baptist Church in Fulton.
Entombment was at East Memorial Garden in Texarkana.
